Message: we therefore hope you have got some useful information for me! I've dyed several washloads of expensive irreplaceable products in my own machine with dylon device dye and also have recently realized that they're bleeding color after many many washes. Considering the fact that its on multiple load in my opinion there will be something wrong with my machine (could you you know what? heat, maybe?). Dye jobs before worked really. A few the items tend to be silk cotton blends and I also don't want to-do something that may harm them. To help expand enhance my stress i've offered two items currently. (As private sales, I'm not a company). I would be extremly grateful for the imput.

Dylon Machine Dye includes great fibre reactive dyes, mainly Drimarene K dyes many Remazol dyes. After they have fused properly to your fabric, no dye should rinse aside aside from the dye that originally failed to bond toward dietary fiber. There is always some dye that will not get this substance relationship, because of reacting using water rather than the fibre. An important area of the dyeing process is a careful washout of all of the extra unattached dye.

The most important consider washing away excess unattached dye is water heat. Constantly begin your washing-out with an awesome water wash to remove sodium and other additional chemical substances, but do not hold on there. Hot water is far more efficient at dye removal than hot water is; hotter water is even better. Wash your products into the hottest liquid they could tolerate. I will suggest no less than 140°F (60°C) when possible. Some dyers use a briefer washout process with hotter water. Even boiling water won't pull properly bonded fibre reactive dye; it will pull just the unwanted dye which neglected to connect to the fabric. To save power by decreasing the range washings required, soak your garments in warm water.

Numerous dyers suggest Synthrapol detergent for washout. (See "something Synthrapol?".) But other detergents works fine for this action. Just handful of detergent is required for washing on excess dye; bigger amounts of detergent do not interfere with dye elimination, but are unneeded.
