DYLON device Dye Instructions The color you achieve will depend on 3 things: 1. FABRIC KIND • Cotton, linen & viscose will color to full color • Polyester/cotton & polyester/viscose mixes will color to less heavy color • Wool, silk, polyester, acrylic, plastic & fabric with unique finishes e.g. ‘dry clean only’, cannot be colored 2. FABRIC AMOUNT • One pack will dye to 600g of fabric (e.g. jeans, bath towel, double sheet) fully shade & as much as 1.2kg of fabric (e.g. double duvet) to less heavy tone • Multiple packages will color larger amounts to complete tone, e.g. 2 packs for 1200g (example. dual duvet) or 4 packs for 2kg (e.g. curtains) 3. ORIGINAL FABRIC COLOUR • you are able to change one strong color to another (or dye it to a lighter color) by making use of DYLON PRE-DYE which lightens before you dye, prepared for colour change. • usually colour mixing rules use, e.g. blue dye on red fabric provides purple • designed fabric will most likely still show through DIRECTIONS • Weigh dried out material assure you've got enough dye • clean thoroughly, even when new, to get rid of spots or any dressings that will not be seen • Wearing rubber gloves, vacant full articles of pack(s) into drum (perhaps not the detergent dispenser) • invest damp unfolded fabric • operate 40°C cotton period (don't use pre-wash, economic climate or half load cycles) • whenever total, add detergent & run 40°C cotton pattern once again • Remove textile from machine, add detergent & run vacant 40°C cycle to completely clean device • Dry material far from direct heat & sunshine

USEFUL TIPS • Use in front side running automated washing machines. Do not use in launderette machines. • Don’t dye more than half machine’s maximum load to avoid crowding which will give patchy outcomes • Don’t use significantly more than five packs of dye simultaneously You do not need to include salt with all the brand new DYLON 350g packs of Machine Dye • Dyeing may well not cover spots, faded areas or bleach markings • need any dye be kept in machine after dyeing, add cup bleach to drum, include detergent as usual & run machine vacant on 40°C cycle • After dyeing, clean independently or with similar colours for first two washes to get rid of any excess dye • Polyester sewing won't dye Always browse the full instructions in pack before usage.
